The Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga is a large-format FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer with an industrial-grade build volume of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm. It is designed for ambitious makers and professionals who need to produce oversized objects or batches of smaller parts efficiently. The printer runs on Klipper firmware and has a modular heated bed, optional multi-nozzle printing, and a large touchscreen display.

Modular and efficient heated bed: The print bed is made of four independent PEI magnetic platforms (410 x 410 mm each). This allows the printer to only heat the beds where a model is being printed, which helps save power when creating smaller items.
Fast printing: With a 64-bit 1.5G quad-core processor and Klipper firmware, the Giga can reach print speeds of up to 300 mm/s. The recommended speed is 150 mm/s.
Multi-nozzle printing: For increased productivity, you can attach up to three additional printheads to the X-axis (requires additional purchase). This allows for the simultaneous printing of up to four identical models.
High-temp extrusion: The printer features a high-temperature nozzle capable of reaching 300°C, a dual-gear direct extruder, and a titanium heat break. The included nozzle is 0.6 mm, with other sizes (0.4, 0.8, and 1.0 mm) available.
Stable construction: The frame is constructed from industrial-grade, CNC-machined aluminum extrusion with linear guides on the X and Y axes for improved stability.
Auto-calibration: The printer features automatic leveling with a 100-point data collection process, along with an accelerometer for resonance compensation.
User-friendly interface: A detachable 10.1-inch HD capacitive touchscreen provides a user-friendly interface for controlling the printer.
Power and filament management: Includes features like filament detection that pauses printing when material runs out and power-loss recovery to resume prints after an outage.
